Ms. Aree Petcharat is currently working as a Managing Director of Aree & Associates Ltd. (A&A), a professional HR solutions consulting firm. Having over ten-year experience working in HR consulting services, she has been involving with all kinds of HR management and development functions including assessment, selection, management, training and development for both local and international organizations. Formerly, she was a General Manager of Adecco Thailand, a world leader in HR recruitment and consulting services, and had many years of working experience in a State Enterprise and over two years with the Australian Embassy in Thailand. Ms. Aree has overseas educational background, including an MBA in Management Science from Delft University, The Netherlands, as well as a BA in Sociology and Psychology, gained in India.
