Just Advice
I'm a Thai born American raised in the United States. I'm currently in the field of education and want to change my career to customer service or sales. My English is fluent and my Thai is fair (spoken) I tried applying but haven't received any call backs. I'm holding duel citizenships so I don't require a work permit. Any advice I would welcome with open arms on how to succeed in Thailand.

For this time period it's quite difficult to find a job in Thailand due to Economics & political situation. Also they do have lots of English programs. So there are many English speaking graduates now. But I am sure that you try as you plan, try harder ,May be start from U.s Chammber of Commerce or sent your Resume to head hunter. They might looking for specific qualifications you may have.
Lastly , I think you should consider to apply to some international schooll to start with teahing career first.
